FT: s13 5speed Convertible w/ silvia front

I am looking for a new daily driver in trade for my 5-speed re-built dual cam 240sx convertible with silvia front. Also willing to sell, asking $3800 obo. Will be in SoCal the weekend of the October 8th.
Here is a run-down of the car.

Pros:
• KA24DE 5-speed manual swap
• Re-built head within last 2 months (Cylinder Heads Unlimited)
• Re-built block within last 18 months
• New top with new rear window (Bascom Trim and Upholstery)
• Silvia front end with projector style headlights and clear corners
• Centerforce clutch
• Transmission in good condition
• Un-cracked dash - not pictured
• Tien S-tech springs
• SE wheels
• New brakes and rotors
• New tires
• S14 front seats
• AC in working condition
• Top motor in working condition
• Tonneau cover and bag
• New battery
• Working stereo and speakers
Cons:
• Broken passenger door handle (it still works, but harder to use)
• Dent in hood
• Cracked paint on front bumper
• Rear window switches don’t work 100% of the time
• No rear interior
• Front fender and hood do not line up completely

This car is registered and I am taking it in this week for smog. Looking for a new daily driver that is fun but it needs to be registered and legally pass smog. Pretty much. Bought it in winter and had cracked dash. Leopard print stuff I kept from my last s13. But don't worry, I kept all the stock stuff to go back in.
