No, they wont fit. The 4 lug bolt pattern for 240s is 4x114.3 ( aka 4 x 4 1/2). Those wheels are 4 x 4 1/4.

i dont know, most of those wheels say 4x4.5, not 4x4.25. 4.5 is exactly 114.43cm, therefore would fit, seems kinda odd that japanesse cars have american lug patern... some guy didnt just randomly say "i want 4x114.43cm lugs", it was done off the US 4.5 lug patern.

Trust me man, i've been looking for wide 4 lug wheels for a long time and the 4 lug mustang wheels are all 4 x4.25 NOT 4 x 4.5. Click the link that thread starter posted. It says the wheels are 4x4 1/4 (4x4.25). Therefore those wheels will not fit.

If you can find some 17x9 mustang wheels in a 4x4.5 bolt pattern, please let me know, cuz i definitely have never seen any. I'd be really interested in buying a set!!!
