WTB: Clean 240sx ++++ Rb's ++++ (PA or Tristate)

Hey guys... i have the cash for a clean 240sx ... mostly interested in a clean s13 hatch or a s14 zenki. Must be straight frame, clean title, no backed registration. Rb powered is king... and if not a shell would do ;P

If interested i could also throw in my 1997 Prelude with some bolt ons in if its the right trade or offer.
