They needed about a 5mm spacer for BAER 6 piston w/ 14" rotors.

how do u think they would fit on a r33 with 20mm over finders and 40mm wide quarter panels? i have ccw c14s 18x10 with 10 offset and 1 in spacer on front and 1 1/2 spacer on rear and it is almost flush.

Don't know for sure. But according to your wheel specs with spacers:

The fronts will move in about 10mm.
The rears will extend an additional 7mm outward as well extend an additional 43mm on the inside.
