Ok so i have shitty single sohc that has deff seen better days...but at least up untill recently ran decent.

THE PROBLEM: in a straight line the car seems sluggish/hesitates/boggs then at about 3k gets its power back and bucks forward pretty hard at that point.

now the most annoying part, ON TURNS it bucks/shakes pretty good throughout the whole turn untill im straight again?? feels like when traction control kicks in on other cars. or like someone is just tapping the brakes on.off.on.off. ....but if i throw the car in neutral and dont give it gas through the turn it hands perfect..... can also describe it like the skipping a welded diff causes at low speeds...buuut will do it at any speed and much more violent.

Some more info... the car was sitting for about a year.. i would start it every once and awhile tho to keep shit lubed and so gas wasnt just sitting. while decomissioned i put in an new clutch/flywheel, welded diff and header with just ok fitment.

-i originally though i fucked up the clutch install at it was slipping...? but would this cause it to bogg/hesitate at low rpms? and why would it do it alot worse on turns?

-i thought maybe the welded diff but it does it at all speeds and much harsher then the typical parking lot chirp...

-maybe the not perfect header fitment was causing bogging? but it doesnt seem to be leaking air or anything

-possibly bad/leaky injectors? but why would it do it worse on turns?

HELP PLEASE THIS IS FUCKING ANNOYING

+1 sounds like your having fuel issues. that would explain why its acting up threw the turns when the fuel is sloshing around. yank out that fuel pump replace it and look into the tank with a flashlight to see if there is any rust.
