Is blits just a knock-off of Blitz?

Like Rays Engineering and Roys Engineering. Now, if they're calling their bumpers and spoilers as "bars", they've got a problem. As far as "I" know, they're normally called "bumpers" and "wings", "spoilers", etc by companies and shops all around the world. I dunno, it looks like a body kit shop rather than an actual company to me.

Thanks for clirifying that for me. I figured that was the case. So should I assume to be able to find that same front bumber through Blitz? I've looked on their japan website and they don't have the S13 (plus it's in japanese) and the US website only has Lexus kits.
