what size are tires and how much tread is left?

are the rims powdercoated or rattle canned?

how much for rims only?

the tires are 225/45/17 with about 50% tread left. I had them painted at a paint place. I would really like to keep the wheels and tires together but if i were to seperate them i'd do the wheels for $300
