so i just swapped an s13 sr into my s13. took my time with it bought a new engine and tranny harness from wiring specialties. now my problem is that my car was dying after about 20 minutes and thought it was the alternator. so i changed it same thing was happening. i put a bigger battery in and it ran perfect. the only thing was that it was a ka24e alternator. it was off a little and shredded the belt. got the stock sr alternator tested and it was fine. put it back in and put in an optima battery that i relocated right behind the passenger seat. i had it running for about 45 minutes no issues. shut it off so i could put some other stuff back on. turned my car on and started driving and the car died. waited a few minutes, checked some things and started my car back up. got almost a block from my house and it died again and would not start. can someone please help me out on this?

if you disconnect the battery after you start the car does it stay running?

is it turning off because of the battery or is it a fuel issue?

Sounds like you have a wiring issue somewhere.
