Nothing is really all that crusty about it. The turbo is nice and tight, welds are good on the intercooler piping, and the fmic looks fine. The only thing that isn't so great is the welds on the O2 housing and down pipe, but you could easily just buy an ebay down pipe for like $50 new, and cut the stock O2 housing and use the flange to get it remade to look cleaner.
