87 mitsubishi starion turbo

I've ran into serious money issues being unemployed and all. So I'm looking to sell my car, I don't want to, but I really don't have much of a choice. The car runs, but isn't really drivable. It can cruise, but when flooring it, it bucks, or misfires. Its definitely a fuel issue, maybe a fuel pressure regulator or a fuel pump. I cant replace it myself because I'm super broke! Anyways, here's what it has.

Engine:
G54B motor with 111,xxx miles on it, 107,xxx on chassis
Evo III 16g turbo
Autometer boost gauge
Autometer water temp. gauge
Manual boost controller
1G MAS w/ K&N filter
MSD blaster 2 ignition coil
KDM 2.5" intercooler piping
Steel braided oil cooling lines
KDM downpipe
KDM aluminum radiator
Walbro 255 fuel pump
New python injectors
New intank fuel strainer filter
New OEM fuel filter
New alternator
New starter
New waterpump
New cap and rotor
New NGK spark plugs
New spark plug wires
New o2 sensor
Mobil 1 synthetic 10w-40 oil just changed, only 0.5 miles driven

Suspension & Brakes:
D2 coilovers
3sx steel braided brake lines
Mookeeh sway bars
Mookeeh Polyurethane sway bar bushing kit
1 stedbani solid engine mount (the other solid mount tore, there's a stock one on the other mount)

Transmission:
Mookeeh short shifter w/ Tomei shift knob
Amsoil GL-4 75w-90 transmission fluid just changed, only 0.5 miles driven

The bad:
windshield has a crack in it
dings here and there but nothing major
The car hasn't been registered since 2001.
no radio

that setup with better injectors than stock (assuming there not upgraded) is good for at least 250rwh on a healthy engine. more torque than hp by MASSIVE proportions

wouldnt I run rich with bigger injectors and no tune? I'm only pushing (or was pushing) 9psi on the daily, sadly....I never experienced 16psi of boost on this car, which is the turbo's efficiency range.
