So i have an s14 with s13 red top motor and for some reason during hard right turns i just start to lose power and as soon as i straighten back out i have full power again...

fuel slosh, something could be grounding out in the wiring, ring and pinion binding up. hmm ive had shit like this before in racecars and it was usually one of the above

When making a hard right, the weight of the car shifts to the left side. Check the harness in the front left wheel well.

Did you replace the fuel pump when you did the swap? Pull the pump, check to make sure you have a fuel pickup sock still attached.

Mine was missing when I bought my current S13. Exact same problem you're having. Fuel shifts to the left side of the tank when you turn right, away from the fuel pump pickup - with no sock there, fuel pressure dropped to near 0.
