Morning! Well it is over here in the UK anyways.

Was wondering if anyone could tell me whether Touge Factory are still around??

Im chasing after a replacement Stance damper and haven't had a reply to my last 3 emails and they wont answer the phone :S

they dont return phone calls...i know that for a fact. good luck getting a hold of them during business hours unless you go there. not sure if they just dont care, or if they dont know how to check the voice mail system. pretty piss poor if you ask me.

yea are you calling during business hours? also what number are you calling? have you checked their site for new contact info?

Could the issue possibly be the international calling? I've never had an issue and they have returned my calls and emails and took care of all of my issues right away..

I don't think it's a international call issue. I've called them a bunch of times from Canada and I was able to get through and talk to someone. To think about it, I don't think they've ever kept me hanging...
