If you got about 11 to 15k to spend you will never find a nicer or cleaner rb25 kouki then robbies ...not sure what he's selling for just stating what I figure its prob worth...hell even the ac works..telling you pm him...wont be disappointed

i dont know what to tell ya man, tons of ppl offered their cars to you and you didnt want them :-/ rb swaps arent that common into the s chassis, so i would say just keep looking for a shell and buy an engine/clip and do the swap... its going to be expensive though and you are going to have to buy tons of extra parts/fix things, unless you want a janky swap...
