Tried searching, couldn't find anything. Maybe I used the wrong terms. If you can please post pics of any S13s with S14 SE rims or post a link with some pics that'd be great. Thanks!

the rims are 15's i believe if that makes a difference.

S14 SE wheels are 16's, and the only way you'd see them on an S13 is if the S13 has had the 5-lug conversion done to it.

What's the going rate on SE rims? $200-250 with tires?

There are some random pics of my car in here. The quality sucks because I finished the rear 5 lug swap at like 4:30PM so it was starting to get pretty dark.

Just look at all the pics and you will find the ones you want.

EDIT: S14 SE wheels are 16" with a +40 offset, but all the backspacing you could ask for for Z32 brakes and coilovers. The only thing I'm not sure of is the width. Either 6" or 6.5" I believe they are 16x6.
