***NOT 56k Safe***

Ok, some of you may remember a little over a YEAR ago I smashed the front driver corner of my zenki in the sig.:bash: Insurance screwed me on the money so up until now I couldnt afford to fix it. (yeah it took me a year save up enough)

That is a sweet looking ride. How much were the parts for your conversion, total? That is if you don't mind.

Nice looking car, are those the cobra rims?

i swear there was a definite mental connection. back when i saw your old front end on those wheels i was sketchy, love the wheels to death, and the width/prices are perfect. however, i didn't think it'd look good on a kouki front end. but sir, that looks fucking killer. i do believe its time to save for some cobra R's.

Thanks man, They work well with the car. I wish they were a bit lower offset tho. 17x8 +30 is nice but I am thinkin about a 10mm spacer, that would bring them nice and flush.

Im just curious what suspension are you currently running? looks like a perfect drop.

BadMoJo
11-27-2003, 11:54 PM
The drop looks nice, but the rear could be a little lower. BUT although it looks nice it could perform better. The springs are Tanabe Super Downs with KYB GR-2 struts. The setup is to low for a shock that soft. I will be switching to some JIC coilovers as soon as I have the cash to do so.

And yeah... I still have love for the Zenki.

You even got the kouki side skirts.. sweeet! However, you've betrayed your zenki roots! LOL.. it's all good, I probably would've done the same.

I got them off of a Guy who lives in torrance who had them on his rb25 powered s14. :boink:

And I am running shitty Kumho 712's right now, 235/40/17. I am going to switch to some Yoko es100's soon though.

Yeah no shit man, Only took me a year and a half. Thats what happens when you are poor AND you dont want multi-colored body panels. ;)

Maeda
11-28-2003, 01:39 PM
Theres no shame in the multicolored body panel look, unless you busted a fender on a puppy, small child, or old lady's oldsmobile, or just the same old lady.

:wtc: Another Happy S14 gets PMS...

NICE body work though!

No-one mentioned the lip, I love the look. Are you going to leave it black? Btw, is that just a flat black? It looks really good.

SilviaDriver

nice. not very fond of the front bumper but thats just me.

theres a jdm kouki front bumper on ebay right now thats in white too. would go well with ur grill and headlights

BadMoJo
11-28-2003, 03:18 PM
The lip is just black plastic, not painted or anything just how it comes from nissan. And I am going to leave it black, I think it looks better like that.

And as far as the bumper goes, I do like the jdm one a bit better than the USDM one. BUT after I saw the car when it was done it has grown on me quite a bit so its gonna stay that way for now.

And thanks for all the positive comments guys. :)

Dude that is beautiful. Its nice and clean, your car is the first one I have seen with the USDM Kouki front on it that I actually like.

DoriftoSlut
11-28-2003, 06:55 PM
It sucks!

Just kidding. Looks NICE. But you need some 30mm spacers! Then those wheels would be as flush as my 17x9 +10s. Yeah JDM TyT3 front bampur would be teh sesxx, but it still looks.... NICE (say it with me... NICE. NICE). See? NICE.

KyoLo

looking tyte just like mine, lol...jk...
yours USDM with JDM headlights..why not get USDM ones? since it's possibly cheaper?

I went with the JDM headlights because I just love how they look compared to the USDM ones. If you look at them side by side in person you would probly feel the same way.

And yeah, they were alot more $$ than the US set but I think it was worth it.

yes possibly cheaper but the JDM kouki headlights look WAY better! the projector is bigger which makes it look slightly doper and the housing design makes it look higher quality and not so cheesy.

Seen both side by side....... it's true...... all you JdM enthusiasts are right....... jDm is doper yo!
