WTB: S13 Hatchback in/around Ohio

I have an s14 right now and really want another s13 again, so...

I'm looking for it to match ALL of the below. I have cash in hand, but if it doesn't all match I really don't even want to look at it.

-S13 (91-94)
-Hatchback (Silvia *frontend* ok)
-Black on Black
-5 Speed
-Sunroof
-100% Rust Free
-CLLLLEEEANNNNNNN

Preferably unmolested stock engine. I'll be willing to drive up to 5 hours or so to see it so if you are anywhere around the Cleveland, Ohio area please let me know.
