17x9 + 22 and 17x9 +35 with tires

All wheels are in great condition except one has a slight bend.
Still holds air and balances perfectly fine
235/40/17 nankang tires on the +35, has about 80-90% tread but has bad camber wear.
235/40/17 Kumo ecsta spt summer tires on the +22, has about 30% tread, even wear.
$900 with tires or not
