Hey whats up?

I have been looking at 240s for a while now and I am going to buy one very soon.

I looked up a lot about the cars but I wanted peoples experience and input before I purchase the car.

At first I was looking at S13s and I really loved the hatch versions but I can't deal without power windows.

and then I fell in love with s14s so I was wondering if you guys could answer these questions so I can actually buy the car without hesitation.

What should I look for when buying an S14?
How is the swaps compared to the s13s?

i`m on my second 1989 s13 hatchback and i love it. but, i want a fully loaded 1997-1998 s14. i really like the headlights on those cars. the s13 of course is cheaper, but it would be hard to find one that has low miles on it, which means more maintenance work. power windows and mirrors were available options on s13`s. i`m not sure, but some say s14`s handle better than s13`s. as far as swaps are concerned, they are both pretty even. i would do a vq35 swap on mine if i get an s14. i am planning on doing it on my s13. i have worked on a couple of s14`s and both of them had bad rear subframe bushings, so listen for rear suspension noise when test driving one. it`s not easy to replace sub frame bushings, but you can buy aluminum inserts that will get rid of the slop and noise. as far as which zilvia is the best, it comes down to one`s personal preference. i like the looks of s13`s except when the headlights are in the up position. if i can afford an s14, i`d buy one. good luck.

I still don't get why people keep asking the 'which is better' question.
Your asking for other people's opinions, when the only opinion you should be worried about is your own.
All your other questions an be answered by reading more about them. There are threads about almost every detail for swap/suspension/aero/wheels.... everything.
