I was reading on different forums you can fit Rota P-45R's 17x9.5 +12 on s13's however i dont want to run stretched tires because i dont know how those even go on rims/ i hear its dangerous so could i just run a low profile tire? Also they only offer 17x9.5 with +12 offset in 4 lug so i guess im not going to go 5 lug but is it possible to still put z32 brakes on 4 lug hubs?, thanks

What's your definition of stretched tires? How much of a stretch you run will depend on how low the car, if you plan on pulling the fenders some and running some camber. 235/40-17s wont exactly be stretched on a 9.5j rim.
If you stay 4 lug, all you need is to redrill the rotors to 4 lug or run some Sentra SE-R rotors (can't remember what year, the newer ones are 4 lug and fits the Z32 calipers).

Im going to lower the car to be nearly flush & i dnt even know what tire stretching is i asked the mechanics at my shop i work at and they had no idea what i was talking about eather also idk about the camber, could i just buy a godspeed camber adjuster to solve that problem?
