S13 manual to power window lock conversion

hey everyone so im re-doing my lil brothers s13 and he had manual windows and wanted to replace with power windows....well i got replacement power doors and a coupe dash harness that had power options, well i hooked up the power and tried to test them but the windows weren't moving....so im wondering if there are any other components i need or is it just a bad window motor or something? please help if ya can...thanks

Take the motor and try jumping it directly

Or do what I did, keep the driver side manual window. Make the passenger side power window.
