I was wondering if anyone has thought of this? Or if it has been looked into extensively? Do they share enough to be able to adapt it? I was thinking about this as an alternative to extrude honing my KA manifold. Thoughts?

I said NO on this a few weeks ago but appently it might actually be possible if you were to do some shit to adapt it. My opinion is that if you have to modify it to work you might as well just get one made, since the greddy one is pretty expensive before doing work to it...
but no one has done it yet.

You can figure this out pretty easy. Find the port spacing on a KA and the spacing on an SR. Then port shape, and port size. From there, we'll know if the ports line up. If they are off by a little bit, some dremeling can take care of that. If they're off by a lot, then it wont work.
If its true, or close, you can make an adapter plate to mount the GReddy football on. You can dremel out a curve to mate if the KA ports are off by a small ammount. If you'd like to be the first person to try this, go for it. If it doesn't work, someone with an SR would buy the football off you in a heartbeat.

I'd just assume have my stock intake reworked,or have a buddy,or machine shop fab up a one peice intake from sheet aluminum
