which to get springs or coilovers?

What do you guys thinks is better springs or coilovers? From what I have heard springs give a smoother ride were coilovers you can feel ever bump in the road but they are adjustable. So I need some expert experience because I'm either going to buy tein springs or arospeed coilovers.

As I recall (somebody can correct me), you would definitely want Tien springs over aerospeed coilovers.

For the ride, the "type" of spring setup doesn't matter as much as the spring rate and damping. You will feel more road with stiffer springs or coilovers.

Basically, coilovers give you height adjustibility. We really need to know more about what you're doing with the car and with your goals before we can recommend.

Personally, I think the vast majority of people on the forums would be fine with a shock/spring combination.
