Not trying to be an asshole or anything but I see IsIs parts which I assume you got the kit from Enjuku then?

Any stamps to make sure its legit? They had a post a while back of someone not getting legit supermade from them.

I know what you are talking about and the kit got a legit kit but if you do some research supermade was making their kits in china for a little while, so they had a made in china sticker on them and the kid got made even though it was a legit kit which I understand being mad but no one was scamming him.

But no I don't have marking cuz supermade doesn't usually mark the kits from the few I have seen but anyone you gets this kit will have no doubt that it's 100% real when you see it.

It should say supermade on the inside of the front bumper etched in the fiberglass.

i just ordered legit supermade aero from RavSpec and they came with the made in china sticker as well as the sticker with the code on the outside. and none of them had any supermade etching on them. I'm reviving this thread whether or not people like it. So I ordered a Supermade front and rear bumper from Ravspec and I received two front bumpers. I was upset, so I called Mark and he said he'd get it taken care of immediately. First apparently they were going to send me a return label, that never happened. Then they said they would have someone pick it up and give me a rear bumper. That never happened. Everytime I called Ravspecthey told me Mark would give me a call the next day. That never happened, it was always me who had to call Mark. Then Mark tells me that he's going to let me keep the extra front bumper and send me a rear bumper. I call today and he tells me that they have been charged for the bumper and that it's being shipped out. I get home today and theres a package for me. I open it up with high hopes only to be let down again. They sent me a 180sx rear bumper when clearly i ordered the parts for an s13 coupe. Two times I get my order incorrect. So i call ravspec and i get the voicemail, okay understandable, I'm in CA and they are in NY maybe they're closed for the day. I call 5zigen to ask them if they are the distributor for dmax and if they work together with ravspec and they tell me no. Now that really gets me wondering. Another thing that seems pretty sketchy is that all these parts come in option racing boxes with 5zigen tags on the wrapping and Mark's info on the shipping tag. Also if the aero parts come with "Made in China" tags and no supermade logo in the fiberglass are they legit? I went and ordered through Ravspec because everyone seems to be so satisfied with their service. I for one am not. My initial order was placed 8/30/2011 and its the 14th of September. Had they gotten my order correct in the first place everyone would be happy. But no, now its two orders incorrect and I for one am not going to pay a penny out of my pocket to correct this as it was not me who made the error TWICE.

Also I live in an apartment, I don't have the space to keep all these incorrect order boxes laying around. -_-

Invoice # 12306

Yet another edit: Why are the parts being shipped out from here in CA, why not from their warehouse in NY?

Aaron:

I understand your frustration, let me try to take care of this.

It's a complicated situation with Supermade, long story short.

Supermade were distributed by DMAX USA, which closed last year and moved their inventory to 5Zigen, then 5Zigen sold the inventory to Option Racing.

So, we went from dealing with DMAX to 5Zigen then now through Option Racing.

From all the switching around distributors, things get misplaced and information got lost.

Each time I shipped something to you, we get charged $250. Trust me the last thing I want to do is to send you the wrong parts.

Office are closed on 6:30 PM Eastern time and I reply to urgent email/post at home office.

All SuperMade and Dmax products are made in China.

Free Bump for you sir for legit supermade aero. I hope people quit bashing on others who are trying to sell legit Supermade aero.

Everything is made in China these days. Supermade and Dmax are both made in China.

Now you know.
