ka24e always had more tourqe/power in the low end when it was cold and when it reached running tempatures it took longer to get up to speed..not sluggish but low on tourqe..
anyways my coolant temp sensor broke and now my car pulls harder then ever..do i have a fuel issue since when the motor is cold the ecu dumps more fuel into the motor??

Replace your coolant temp sensor

but that doesent explain why its weak as hell when warmed up
Its because as your car warms up the squirrels powering your crank get hot and tired, thus the sluggish feeling.
If you put acorns or peanuts in your intake manifold the smell will keep them running harder longer.

Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECT) Mod - YotaTech Forums (http://www.yotatech.com/f130/engine-coolant-temperature-sensor-ect-mod-75163/)
This link explains it pretty well. Long story short, timing is slightly advanced during cold starts.
you people fail.
Look into open/closed loop and it will explain why your ECT is affecting driveability.
