how much would shipping + shipping insurance for the ACT clutch kit be to Hershey, PA 17033? was it ever abused, or was it just daily driving? like, how high was the most it was revved to?

it has been revved to redline. it wasnt really abused any more than any regular clutch. it was used mostly for freeway driving.
