Is there a way to easily flush out ALL the old PS fluid?
Also, dont S14's use ATF and NOT PS fluid? If so, would it be a bad idea to use Redline Power Steering fluid?

Don't use power steering fluid.
Just use ATF.
No need to reinvent the wheelllllllllll

get a turkey baster to suck as much fluid out of the reservoir and then disconnect the return hose(the big rubber hose that goes to the side of the reservoir), and plug the hole on the reservoir with a rag and use a heater hose to extend the return hose so that you can rest it on a drain pan or bottle. have a buddy sit in the car and turn the steering wheel lock to lock while you keep the reservoir filled with new fluid. stop the engine when clean fluid starts coming out of the return/drain hose. reconnect the return hose to the reservoir and fill it. start the engine and turn the steering wheel lock to lock and check the fluid level and top it off if necessary. it will take about 2-4 qts. of fluid to completely replace the old fluid in the system.

Step 0: (OPTIONAL) Drive car around for about 5 to 10 minutes to bring the powersteering fluid temperature to HOT. Doing so will allow you to use the MAX (HOT) level. This step is not necessary though.
Step 1: Jack up front of car and place on jackstands for safety.
Step 2: Locate the powersteering fluid reservoir, remove cap.
Step 3: Using a syringe or fluid pump, remove as much of the fluid in the resovoir as possible. Do not use a baster because they don't seal well enough and tend to drip fluid all over the place.
Step 4: Now refill the powersteering reservior to the MAX (COLD) level or MAX (HOT) level, depending whether or not you preformed STEP 0. Do NOT overfill the powersteering reservior by adding fluid past the MAX levels.
Step 5: Make sure car is in neutral or park and start engine.
Step 6: Now reach in through the driver-side window, grab the steering wheel and turn wheels lock to lock 20 times at a slow speed, barely touching the stops. This is going to move the fluid through the system. Keep an eye on the reservior while doing so just incase anything funny occurs.
Step 7: Turn off car.
Step 8: Repeat steps 3 through 7 until the fluid coming out of the reservoir matches the new fluid coming out of the bottle. I used about 2-3 quarts of fluid on mine.
Step 9: Now that the fluid is clean and 99.9% new, lower car back to the ground.
Step 10: With the car on a level, flat surface, top off powersteering reservior to the full mark and reattach the cap.
Step 11: Lastly, get inside the car and start the engine. Turn wheels slowly in both directions and check for smoothness and quiet operation.
Step 10: You're DONE! Now turn off the engine, grab yourself a cold beverage and enjoy your nice, clean fluid in your powersteering system.
IF done right you wont have a drop of ATF spilled anywhere. :)
