Installing Maxima fans?

I've been doing some research and from what I've gathered they are just like Altima fans..

I'm trying to install this on a friends car and I'm not good at wiring, however, I know it is not wired correctly. ALL of the wires are spliced together to a positive and a negative. So I took it all apart and I'm redoing it correctly

My question is, how can I make it work withOUT a fan controller?

Instead of fan controller... run a switch to ground.
