how can you tell if volks are real or fake? i know there should be a serial number on them, but its on a sticker thats on the wheel. are there any other signs like engravings?

theres probably a sticker on the back of the wheel that should be there. theres no reason for that to have come off. im guessing it would say volk or rays or some shit, just a guess. are you trying to buy some rims that someone is selling as volks?

They will have "volk racing" or "rays engineering" or "forged monobloc" or something along those lines stamped/forged in with the wheel, usually around the lip/rim.
Aside from that, look for the sticker on the back, fit/finish and weight.

Normally on the back there are SEVERAL stickers, One should be a Rays engineering sticker, than an inspection one and one that says when the wheel was made and exported all of which normally have the RAYS logo on it.

on the backside of the wheel RAYS will be forged into the wheel itself. The size and offset and all that fun stuff should be on there too.

At least that was the case with my Gram Lights.
