hello all. Figured i'd post up my newly acquired coupe. It's not even close to its final stages, but a relatively clean find. 4th 240 and i'm happy with this one. Keep in mind all of these parts were bought when i was 17-20 (i worked hard for my shit).....im upper 20's now and finally have a 240 that can drive lol. So plz keep the flames to a bic level. I know you can't please everyone. I wont post many pics because we have all seen suspension arms and what not. They all look the same with a different color and brand stamp lol. I'll just list my parts below.

Here is my old 93 coupe with beat to hell body and frame.

Here is my new 93 coupe (had it about 3 weeks now). Overall clean with no rust underneath...99k miles. All i have installed so far is suspension, hubs, brakes, wheels. The front passenger fender is smashed in so i can't lower the front as far as I can (rests on top of tire tread, about 2 inches sticks out). Will be fixed so don't freak. Car will be painted black.

Interior is decent, dash is perfect (now i have an extra one :naughty:). I will be getting a lot more OEM parts to clean up the interior from old dirty faded look. Basically my goal is to have a super clean, over all stock looking s13 silvia replica. That can give the domestic boys a run and have some fun around a track. I'm more of a grip racing kind of guy. Thanks to my mom for buying a 240 hatch brand new in 1992(they are girls cars after all). Watched the 240 scene go from nothing(unheard of mostly) into what it is today, thank god, made parts available and cheap...well cheapER lol.

i'd say you are off to a good start! those front brakes are worth more than a lot of s13's on this forum.

haha yea, i also use them as ramps to get the car high enough to use a jack. I would be lost without them lol.

Build Threads

Almost everyone enjoys building their cars and sharing that experience, as well as checking out others' builds for inspiration. Sadly, far too many users have a tendency to do half-hearted builds and either rarely update or update with trivial progress. In the interest of keeping the Chat forum clear of three hundred 'Install SR, ziptie aero, rattlecan paint' threads, incomplete, or in-progress build threads are not allowed. If you have completed your build, wrangle all those pictures into a post and tell us about it, but make sure the build is finalized. If you insist on having an in-progress build, Premium members have a specialized subforum for that specific purpose.

ah my bad. Feel free to move it. I saw a few other threads so i figured it was ok. It makes complete sense though, since shut down season has started and I will be on the road for next who knows how long. So i fit in that category lol. Got to make that money though. Funds the car. I just assumed the pics thread was for random shots of whatever. I apologize to the forum.
