Ok So im a noob at this stuff but anyways here is the story

Got out of high school coming home there is a big hill on the way I go home so I go over the hill and at the top of the hill I come to a complete stop when suddenly my car starts to shake like crazy and a screaming nose from my engine when My rpms are low :/

When I got home I open the hood (with car off) and I hear a hissing nose like if air is escaping some where from the engine , I check my oil and its ok, Check my cooling/ anti freeze and put more in waited for another 30 mins turn my car on and it does the same thing again :/ (About to cry cry) But I turn the car off and now I hear no more hissing .. Im so lost and confuse help a kid out guys lol this is my only car I got :/ :sadwavey:

Same thing sorta happened to me a couple weeks ago. Turned out that my lower rad hose developed a pin hole and was spraying coolant on the alt belt making it "scream." Was there any steam or smoke coming out from anywhere?

Sounds like possible small heater hose under the intake manifold is leaking or another vacuum leak somewhere.

Haven't heard of a motor actually screams HELP!!... but adding tension on the belts see it the noise still comes up. Like the others said also looks for leaks.

Yea the engine is a Ka . and no steam came up car is not hot when I start it on. How much will a hose cost me ? I can do the labor by my self in auto tech class.

Like others said hissing could be a pinhole in one of your hoses. When your engine warms up it builds pressure in your hoses causes it to leak out the pinhole. That would explain why you didnt hear it after the 30 mins it was off. the screaming could be a loose belt. But if its a hole in your hose pray its only a radiator hose and not coolant hoses under your intake mani. Those are a true pain...
