One of my friends has the HKS SSQV First version
Good response, Never surges (he runs 18psi TT supra) First boosted car i ever rode in, so the sound has a place with me, but it is loud.
NO NEED TO ADJUST
My friend has a Blitz 15psi b18 honda
Sounds like it surges (unless it is supposed to sound like that?)
He has loosened it all the way and it doesn't really make a difference.
I feel like there is something wrong with his.
Personal experience take it for what it is, my .02

con like everyone says slight compressor surge at low boost mine isnt anytime im actually using boost only times when i hit like 3 psi while dd it.
pro doesn't leak as long as the flange is on tightly
sound isnt a problem I put in the recirculating and can barely hear it while its recirculated but even if it isnt you usually cant hear it over the exhaust when you are actually getting on it
