nope compression is at 115

as for CONS?

all it needs is a new exhaust gasket

Ok. so whats the deal? you took the time to add stance coilovers to it? now you're upping the price 2500? and the motor still needs work? Doesn't exctly seem fair. How much to have it back on the Tein coilovers it came on? Just curious.

Also, whats your bottom line price? and how did it smog?

IF the motor is at 115 psi on both housing then its a fair price for the car and he got it at a steal, id just test and make sure...The previous owner didnt know anything about rotary's' he wouldnt even let me pay to have it compression tested...If it is just an exhaust gasket its a 6 dollar part and 8 bolts.....whats up alex! lol
