hello everyone
im having some issues with vacuum. Idle changed to 1200.
on my boost gauge im showing ZERO vacuum at idle.
I checked all the hoses, and it seems that the wastegate is the cause of my vacuum leak.
when i pinch the vacuum hose from the wastegate i get normal idle and vacuum.
any ideas? bad wastegate?
thanks!

Sounds like a leaky regulator.

leaky regulator? So i pretty much have to replace the wastegate?

why are you even using a vacuum source for the actuator....? You're supposed to use a boost, or positive pressure, only source.
^don't ask questions about the condition of your parts, take it off and bench test it for leaks. We can't tell you if the actuator is broken.

you were right. After searching for the correct vacuum rder, i re did my vacuum lines. My wastegate is now connected by a line to the hotpipe. but im still getting like 9 of vacuum. And it idles fine but kinda low
