anyone else have blue rings around their eyes? ive had them since high school and absolutely hate them! ive read that sleep has little to do with them...so barring putting fuckin cucumbers on my eyes every night or doing trial and error with expensive creams that may or may not work, any of you guys or gals have any other tips to get rid of them? crackhead chic is not a good look for me

I'm black, so no blue rings for me. But I do have permanent puffy bags under my eyes that I'd really like to be gone.

My wife has them. Super blue rings, about 1/8" outside of her iris. I love them Haha

I'm guessing he doesn't mean the iris since he mentioned creams....
It's probably just your complexion. Maybe tan?

I have the same issue. Too much sodium in the diet is pretty common cause for it. Not enough water/sleep comes next. Then there was diabetes and some other far off diseases that cause it. Take a good multi-vitamin and try to eat healthier for a week or so... see what happens.
probably cancer bro. glwc
i lol'd good from that one.
I've had blue around my eyes for as long asi can remember. annoying thing is everyone thinks im a stoner because of it. >.<

If the light blue iris ring you are seeing is at or near the margin between the iris (colored part of your eye)
and the sclera (white part) and forms a large ring around that margin it is likely to be a deposit of cholesterol.
It does not damaging to the eye and does not interfere with vision. This is very common in older individuals
but if you are a young adult it may suggest high cholesterol. If the ring you are seeing is anywhere else on the iris
other than following the outside margin, it should be checked.

Other than black eyes from fighting. The only people I have ever seen with blue rings around their eyes were either dying, dead or a zombie.

Too much sodium? I've never heard that. But sounds plausible cause j eat alot of salt but I sleep enough and I have the bags

I've got the same things and I've heard to much sodium which is probably what it is for me, then also rubbing your eyes, and lack of sleep. a lot of things popped up when I googled it awhile ago
