prolly "minor change" or something like that.
The 95-96 models have a smoother, rounder front end whereas the 97-98s are. . . not as smooth. . .

What clear blinker do you need for the 97-98? What website is that... I wanna inquire about those rear mudguards!! If they are similar to splash guards I could be interested... help me out eh?

for US-spec cars "after m/c" means '97-'98 with projector headlamps. m/c means "minor change". when ordering JDM-spec parts like body kit, '95-'96 before m/c and '97-'98 after m/c. does that clarify?
