I've had a conversation with him a while ago (my friend is on a pro Canadian team) and he was a chill guy. He's just a big kid at heart.

um this show looks ridiculous! i think he should stop trying so hard... really i loved rob and big and fantasy factory for the sole purpose of its small skating bits and adventurous exploits, but Rob is not funny, the episode when he tried to do stand up really pissed me off and annoyed me all of his jokes later on in the series were lame.
