need help s14 sr20det wont start

hey, my s14 sr20det wont start just replaced the exhaust manifold elbow and downpipe, it also has an intake exhast and fmic kit with bov, ball bearing gt28 71 turbo upgrade and i have still got it on stock ecu settings, i was wondering what you guys might think the problem is

When was it last running? And what did you change since then?
