Yes it's bad.. Puts a glare on the windshield so its hard to see. Needs to be flat black

^^ exactly what he said...the gloss reflects onto the windshield making it annoying to look out of bcuz that's all you see the the reflection..

your correct about being glare on the windshield so its hard to see i use allot of armorall because the dash was to dry need to soft the vinyl you can easily clean make look like this almost 5 year no crack of 89 s13.... ,,

if you dont use armorall or some kind of dash treatment yes il crack i dint use armorall for 3 moth on my 03 civic dash and got dry and crack ,,,

Ive never used anything but a damp rag to wipe my dash(s) off with. Neither of them cracked in 4 years.

glws for a pretty clean dash!
