mudflaps look like one is driverside rear and other is passenger front.

Were you urself running a ca? Were you using those coil packs? If so were the coil packs in good condition?

I was running a CA. Tested the ignitors. I didn't test all the coils. Did try a few out when I was troubleshooting.
