As title implies, a few days ago I ordered brand new clutch, Exedy Stage 1, to replace my current nearly worn out OEM clutch. Asked a few local mechanics here about master/slave cylinders & clutch bearings and they all seem to give me mixed answers so I figured I'll ask here since, you know, this is where 240sx masters come to chill :coolugh:

Will I need to upgrade clutch master/slave cylinders as soon I replace OEM clutch with Exedy Stage 1 clutch? And, will I also need to buy any new clutch release/throwout/whateva bearings or do those come with the kit?

Thanks for the advice!

ps: this will be going in a s14 w/ ka24de + soon-to-be-installed new tranny.

i dont think you necessarily need to get a new master cylinder
a new slave, possibly, if yours is going out
a new throw out bearing would be necessary
thats about it
