WTT: My 97 Civic LX 4 your S13 + Cash

I have a '97 Civic LX 4D Sedan, 5 speed, Black/gray cloth, 85k, great shape, recently had all the windows tinted, bone stock, etc. I'm sure I can sell it for $6k easy, but I'd rather save the hassle of selling a used car and hunting down a replacement. I'm looking for:

91-93 S13
<100k on the original motor
5 speed of course
preferably stock
mechanically sound
im more flexible when it comes to the interior/exterior condition
cash => it's going to vary on the year/mileage/condition

I have a 89 red fastback I am thinking about selling to get just a daily driver car. Would you be interested? 191k miles, motor makes a ticking noise. Just passed smog 4 months ago.
