Bolt stripped on headers...
Have NOO IDEA how to get it off
does anyone have any ideas without removing the entire turbo set up

its the hardest bolt to get to ... so it doesnt make it any easier

is it the bolt stripped inside going into the head or did you round out the end?

the end is rolled out ... i literally tried to get it off once ir twice

best bet is to get needle nose vice grips or if its just a nut try n break it without ruining the stud

fuuu that sucks. no idea on how to do that w/o removing everything. i had 2 studs break that i had to tap out when i changed my manifold so i feel your pain. goodluck

If you rounded over the nut, then this is what I use:

Yeah, you didn't mention that.
Edit: These can also be used with a wrench. So if you can at least get the socket on, but not with a ratchet, then you could use a wrench on the extractor.
