The person I bought it from did not know, and my intent was to make it work with the HD manifold so I didn't care which. My best GUESS is that it is gen 1 based off of this post New SR20det Full Race Manifold With Waste gate and down pipe. - FreshAlloy.com Forums (http://www.freshalloy.com/forums/showthread.php?t=195912) and all other pics of the gen 2 looking different. Hope this helps.
