You're not getting any offers because people see the car as:

Stock looking salvage title car

Bad bodywork

Missing interior parts

Car doesn't have some basic operational components (door doesn't open?!)

I will put the interior pieces in if I have a buyer. There is no point putting the pieces back inside if I don't have a buyer yet.

The door handle doesn't work from the outside that's it, it opens from the inside. And that is cmon in 350z's. But you can still open the door without having to go around to the passenger side, just insert the key into the door handle and turn it, the window goes down and you can reach into the car to open the driver door.

looks stock but its not, read the description. Do some research on how much all these parts cost and then you will understand.

But I am testing waters let me know what would you pay for something like this? Once again this is not ebay so don't start with dumb offers.

The way the car currently LOOKS with a salvage title? It's not presentable, so it looks like a 7.5k car.

The reason to put the interior pieces back in? You're SELLING IT. No one wants to do that themselves. Just put the pieces in, take pics, and then take the stuff back out if it bothers you that much.

Install the aftermarket parts (especially the wheels) and you'll get what you want. The car just doesn't look like a 9k 350Z the way it currently sits.

Decided to let it go for $8000 with out the after market wheels.
I have put the interior pieces back in the trunk. I will take pictures as soon as I can.
