I was going to change the pistons and put this in my 510 but figured I may like the cash instead so I am testing the waters on this. Engine was built at JIC/Ziel Motorsports, the SR in the drift S14 and S15 was built in house and never had a single engine problem in 4+ years of drifting.
The bottom end is pretty simple im a firm believer that stock rods are way better then cheap rods so if you are not going to put manleys or carillos its a waste of time and money.
Ross 86.5mm 9.1:1 Compression pistons
Fully balanced bottom end, stock rods and balanced stock crank.
Full set of calico coated bearings stock size (there was no damage to this shortblock before building it, no crazy machining or oversized bearings here)
Engine is machined for 1/2" head studs and has mazworx 90mm head gasket and headstud kit
The head is where all the work is. Its an sr16ve head with sr20ve cams, head was sent to Tom at Portflow for the full treatment. Tom punched out the valves and crammed the biggest supertech valves that would fit and then ported and blended to take advantage of the bigger valves. Supertech springs/retainers and new valve guides and seals. This head head is a $4000 head on its own. Also has tomei cam gears and a lot of other small things, welded -an fittings on the vc ect.

Price is pretty FIRM this engine will find a home in one of my cars if someone doesnt want to buy it. I'll entertain offers but dont expect to low ball me.
