is there anything i have to do other than just take off the calipers and put the new rotors on?

you dont remove the calipers, you just remove(or loosen can't remember on the 240, its been a while) one bolt and the caliper will swing up.. remove the brake pads and its all outa the way..  Remove old rotor, replace with new.  put pads in and drop caliper back in place..  Done.  As long as none of the brake pistons are forzen all is good.
