I am trying to do super simple flash cartoons. Something like the old Macromedia flash used to have. You can just use the drawing tool to draw shapes and objects, then tween them together to make an animation. Then add sounds etc if you wanted to.

Anyone know of a simple place to do this? All the places I am finding online are just really dumb things where you use existing pictures etc, nothing lets you draw then make animations.

I think you answered your own question. You can create super simple animations in photoshop, but they don't have the tweening capability that adobe flash does to manipulate vectors.

MS Paint to make the initial frames and Adobe Flash to join them
