Been wondering the same thing myself.  The only one I've found is "centerfold" of a black S15 in Turbo Mag a couple months back.

Only posters I've seen are some on eBay.  I have a poster of the UPRD R33 Skyline running Pike's Peak, an R34 GT-R from Motorex, and another R34 GT-R from GT-R Magazine.  I got the first two from eBay a long time ago, and the latter magazine was found at a Yaohan Japanese market in the Chicago area.  I forget what the name of the market is now, but I think they changed names.

I have a poster of an Autech tuned S15 silvia.. I got it from the local Nissan dealership. I think they thought I was rolling in money for some reason. They insisted that I sit in a purple R34 GTR and start it.. They also tried to give me this hardcover GTR book, but I felt too bad to take it..
