5 bolt flange not lining up

I bought a sr20 top mount downpipe and elbow. I got the elbow today and it doesn't fit. It's a 5 bolt flange but it doesn't line up with my t3/t4 turbo.
I took a bunch of pics to try to show the correct fitment. And if you could tell me what the elbow goes to that would be nice.

That's a t2 elbow and the flange is for a t3.

Do u think I could get the elbow welded to that flange that Is in the pic with it ?
