Very tempting but got a chassis already. Did you do the cage work yourself? How much for something similar on an S13 Hatch? GLWS!

Cage work on this s14 was done by Technosquare. If you're looking to have a cage fabricated for your s13, I can refer you to Pit Garage in South El Monte. Google their shop name and ask for Kevin.

I never said this chassis was meant to pass the current FD or XDC tech regulations, so don't assume. This chassis was built a couple years ago for the previous owner. Whether it was meant for road race/time attack or drift, I don't know. Even if this chassis was built at one point in time for FD, FD regulations have changed throughout the years to where it would make this cagework not pass the updated FD or XDC regulations, but a good fabricator can make it compliant. I honestly don't give a shit if I used the best word to describe a caged chassis. No matter how I say it, you would've probably still attacked me on it anyways.

wooohhhhh calm down killer. I wasn't attacking anyone about it, i was just wondering what it was built for. I noticed the cage went through the fire wall and thats why i said it would never pass FD or XDC (thats been a no-no from the get go). It was in no way meant as an attack. Now relax

How Much For the Cage on the Coupe?

theboy: sorry if I had mistaken your comment out of context. but yes, the bars running to the front of the cage needs to be cut to meet FD and XDC regulations, not a big deal. but if it is for road race, the cage is fine the way it is.

JN1AS44: $340 for the cage with welded door bars on both sides (I'll section them when I sell it)
